Every case at Dentlink follows the same precision pipeline. Here is exactly what happens after you hit send.
Day 1-2: Scan Review + Design
Your 1:1 Designated Lab Tech reviews your scan, checks your case preferences on file, and begins CAD design. If anything looks off, they message you directly through LinkTalk.
Day 3-5: Milling + Layering
Once you approve the 3D design preview, milling begins. For PFZ and e.max cases, our ceramists hand-layer to match your shade specifications exactly.
Day 6-7: QC Inspection
Every case passes through our 4-point QC protocol: margin fit, contact points, occlusion, and shade verification under four different light conditions.
If our technician would not put it in their own mouth, it does not ship.
Day 8-10: Shipped to Your Door
Packaged, tracked, and delivered to your clinic. Average turnaround: 10-14 business days.
